I can't hear the sounds

Turn the volume up. The app plays even when your iPhone or iPad is on silent. If it still goes quiet, close the app fully and open it again.

Recording says the microphone can't start

Open your device's Settings, scroll to Phonics Keyboard and switch Microphone on. Then try again in Family voices.

I bought the unlock on another device

Open the unlock screen in the app and tap Restore purchase, using the same Apple ID.

Moving our voices to a new device

In Family voices, tap Save a copy and send the file to yourself (Files, AirDrop or email). On the new device, open Family voices, tap Load a file and choose it.

Is anything sent to you?

No. Everything stays on your device. See the privacy policy.
